I am so pleased to have received a phone call from 'Your Mortgage People', and then to make the decision to go with them having very little knowledge about who they were, and if they would be any good, as previously used just the high street banks. Firstly, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was very noticeable, promises made were kept, the promptness of their actions and follow ups kept everything moving smoothly. I never once thought 'I wonder what is going on' as I was always kept updated in a timely manner. I have worked in customer services for over 20 years and I would say I would be the first one to highlight improvements where needed. I needed a substantial debt consolidation re-mortgage. I was treated with with respect from the onset. Everybody at MP did a great job of getting me through the acceptance process. I paid a higher percentage it's true, but I will live with this until I am in position to re-mortgage again. I want to thank everyone concerned for changing my family's future for the good.
