First properties can always be daunting, it's a huge pressure but speaking with Emma from the outset was a sigh of relief. Always reassuring me and helping me with answers and support. Following that my case went to Anne-Marie who was equally as supportive. However, Helen in the completions team was always updating me, communicating throughout - something I really appreciated as it's good to be kept informed. Great service, and great team! Thank you. I got my completion date! Yay!

Was told when I applied that I could get a mortgage with the Leeds based on mine and my wife's income. Was also told my broker would talk to me on the phone, Despite showing ample proof of income several times 3 months later still no mortgage offer. This has wasted 3 months of my time and a few thousand pounds in mortgage payments. Communication from Your Mortgage People has been very poor.
