This is a good product. The extra glue was useful to glue the edges in some places, for aesthetics. The packaging can be improved to prevent the threshold from being twisted at one end.

Good product delivered promptly

Good response and short delivery time. But I was very upset for the custom taxes which amounted to 75 Euro. When I knew such amount from DHL I wanted to cancel the order but It was too late. A customer should know the total espense before ordering. You make an advice but the amount is not known. In the future I shall avoid buying from UK.

Ordered and came very quickly. Just took a few weeks to get around to putting it down. Seems to do what it claims

Easy to talk to someone for advice, easy to place order, delivery on time. The extruded Aluminium threshold strip is good quality and looks very smart, but the countersinks on the pre-drilled holes need to be maybe 0.75mm deeper to enable the supplied concrete screws to sit properly flush with the top face of the strip
