I made initial contact over the phone and then corresponded with James over the internet as I was out of the country, James was very helpful and answered any queries I had very quickly, he also followed up and made recommendations for the product I should purchase, and it was a more cost effective option than I had planned. I've not fitted the threshold yet, but I'm confident there wont be any issues.
