Sadly I didn't get the door seal , as Dpd driver didn't deliver and lied. Dpd has done this before. The customer services team were brilliant and tried hard , but in the end the parcel went back and I got the credit in fair time . Both James and Abi were excellent. Shame about Dpd losing them business.

I discovered from a message from DPD on the day of delivery that my order was going to an old address (apparently because that address was stored in PayPal!). When I rang GaraDry and explained this was literally about to happen, the customer service agent told me that he would ring DPD and get the address changed. He must have done as he said because shortly afterwards I got another email from DPD with the correct address. Very impressed.
