Second threshold I have installed. Chose the lower profile this time. Easy to fit but I felt the amount of adhesive was too little, particularly if there are imperfections in the floor or external surface. Just waiting for the rain to test!

I brought the aluminium strip to protect the edge of the porcalian tiles I have just installed in my garage. I cut it to size using a mitre saw which made it easier and gave a good finish. I bedded it onto silicone for belts and braces and screwed to the floor using the supplied concrete screws. A very robust product and finishes the garage off nice. Delivery and communication were also good so I am happy.

Ordered a length of the seal for my garage. Arrived promptly and was sent tracking no, so easy to follow. Good quality product. You can tell when you see it. Easy to cut. I used stanley knife and junior hacksaw. A bit of a fiddle but that's down to how door was installed. It's in place now and very happy. Keep any spare bits and you can fit them into any spaces.

Great product!! Easy to fit as long as you make sure floor is clean and dust free!! I ordered 4.3m length as garage door extra wide but the seal only came with one tube of adhesive which is not enough.I had to buy another tube to complete the job..

great product, we used it to contain water in a disabled toilet, it works a treat
