Telephoned nursery prior to ordering was put though to a very knowledgeable and pleasant guy who assured me that he plant was looking good and potted

Roses arrived on time and beautiful plants in full bud and lush foliage. Will definitely buy again

The rose is beautiful, the delivery was terrible, the rose had been thrown around and the pot broken. But after contacting Henry Street Nursery they reimbursed delivery charges and a bit more for a new pot. I cannot fault their customer service. Would definitely use again although wish they would change their delivery company!
