Thoughts I had already given a review which is that the rose is beautiful but the courier service was dreadful in that it took three attempts over three days to actually deliver the plant. The packaging, not surprisingly did look a bit battered but thankfully the rose was undamaged. I also didm appreciate the delivery costs being refunded in compensation. Tricia Upton
