Well my rose arrived with greenfly and black flies on the bark. These are now on the stems and leaves. I've had to treat this plant and I hope it will survive. I've not had a response from the company since I sent photos of the greenflies on the plant so am not happy.

The roses were a gift for a special friend, they were delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address. We then paid £13 to get them posted overnight by Royal Mail, when they arrived one was missing, the other one was damaged! Cannot describe the disappointment and embarrassment we felt with our friends gift.
