I bought a rose in memory of my dog who died in November. As of today the rose had not grown. I contacted the nursery as I noticed there was a 2 year guarantee. They’re sending a replacement out immediately. What brilliant customer care.

Where do I start,well first the price for our rose was a fair one the rose came the day it was stated to come it was well packed very well supported in the box,followed their planting instructions and its doing well cannot wait to see the blooms.A good company glad I found them on Google we will be back for other Roses.

Quicker delivery than expected. Rose appears to be in good condition but had recently been potted up, so on removing the pot to plant much of the soil came away. Good root system. Love a rambling rector rose, and hope to cover a large section of boundary and hide a neighbour's unsightly, butchered conifers!
