Speedy delivery, lovely healthy plant

Whoever packaged this rose did their best to detach any green growth. The plastic strip was tightly wrapped that it cut off all the green The plant itself looked as though it had been potted in the last week. There was not the slightest sign of a football in the pot

delivered with packing all broke open, part of plants were damaged, not happy at all and will not buy agin.

Received my Rose promptly and it was well packed and in excellent condition. Very happy all round.

I bought a rose called ‘Special Friend’.. for a special friend’s birthday. Rose arrived sturdily packaged and looking super healthy. It also included a leaflet on rose care - very pleased and would use their mail order service again.

The Anniversary rose I bought was a present so I haven’t actually seen it…the couple were absolutely delighted with it though. It was delivered on time and Henry Street kept me up to date from ordering to despatch. Highly recommend.

Very healthy rose which I look forward to seeing in bloom. Delivery would have been very prompt but a problem with the courier prevented this. However, once I contacted Henry Street, they immediately refunded my delivery charge. Couldn’t have been happier with their customer service. Thank you.
