Excellent website, the search found the specific rose I was looking for quickly but there was a wonderful selection available. Ordering was easy and delivery quick and professional. The plant was very well packaged and was handled carefully by the courier. Looking forward to seeing how the rose grows and develops.

The rose arrived looking really healthy and strong. I was delighted as it had a bit of a diversion on its way to me because it had ended up at the wrong depot. I did live chat with DX the delivery company who apologised and made sure it arrived after that. My only suggestion would be to go down the same route as most other delivery companies and not demand a signature at delivery. I had no control over the day it would arrive and so it was really difficult to arrange for someone to be in to sign for it. Most other companies now take a photo of the parcel at the address. In the end a neighbour at the bottom of the road was willing to be around for the delivery. Because my plant had ended up at the wrong depot the normal “options” box on the DX tracking system didn’t work, so I had to leave a note on the door telling them where to take it. None of this is Henry Street’s fault but important they know how the delivery company impacted the whole experience.

We loved buying our roses from Henry Street Rose Nursery. Roses were delivered without fault. They're in the ground and some are in pots so we are looking forward to seeing them bloom. Thank you for the excellent service received! Bonnie.

i odered the Scent from Heaven rose for my friend who had just lost her dear dad. The rose came packaged very securely, was fresh and healthy and ready to plant. I hadnt realised i could attach a message when i placed the order but sent an email to request one and it was replied to quickly and the message was added. Thank you so much, the rose is now planted in my friends garden and she loved the gift x

Really great nursery. Fantastic quality plants. The staff are lovely. I find Henry Street to be one of the best nurseries I have visited this year. The delivery option really upped the experience. Everything arrived in top notch condition.

Roses arrived well packaged and in good condition ready to plant out. Ordering and website was easy to use, however more than one photo close up of the rose would be helpful to see the type of rose it is when mature, image of the whole plant/climber would be helpful.
