In my humble opinion, Richard Sullivan is totally adept at all facets of his end of the insurance business. He has gone the "extra mile" for me now on two occasions in seeing that I was covered for my Repatha. This included securing a coverage determination letter as well as analyzing/resolving a technicality that complicated my deductible being applied correctly. He did all of this with incredible patience in dealing with Filipinos that did not speak very good English. Regardless he was always cordial. He is a perfect reason as to why I signed up with Spencer Dean and United Medicare Advisors from day one AND I am still with you 15? years later and will never leave you. Thank You for personnel such as Richard.
