I was dreading trying to compare insurance policies and Medicare. I'm still working so I have had insurance through my employer. My sales agent was easy to talk to and I just had to answer questions over the phone. He explained the different options and answered all my questions. We determined that switching to a Medicare plan would cost me less than my employer's insurance. Once we got started, Braden kept me on track with email reminders so I didn't procrastinate too much. It was much easier than I thought it would be.
