Buyers be aware, this is just a front for overseas Web design. We had already had a poor experience with overseas design so decided to have the Web site built onshore. Andrew promised a 10 day turnaround for a reasonable cost. All information was sent and to our horror was asked to do a Skype call. It was clearly an Indian designer residing india. When we asked where they were based and she stated Melbourne. I phoned the Australian office and was told these staff worked out of the Melbourne office. 10 days passed and I was having to spend almost every night on Skype up until 11pm clearly not Melbourne. Multiple emails to Andrew and phone calls with issues and all I got was a standard response we will look into it. 25 days passed and by which time I knew the designers whom admitted they were based out of India. I was told the site was ready and needed to pay the final bill to go live. I told Andrew my reservations and to utter disbelief he again lied to me stating I should fly to Melbourne and meet the designer. When I gave him the individuals names who also advertise on LinkedIn, no apology just asked to pay the bill. Well you guessed it, still having to Skype the 2 Indians every night to get the site fixed and working correctly but due to the poor grasp of English it's becoming a nightmare. People save yourself some money and just go to fivver. Because all these people are is a front for cheap overseas labour with zero help and zero customer service. Should Andrew argue this point in his response I will list the correspondence and links to the individuals he's using Update after placing the review my website has now meraculously crashed and passwords changed 2 hours later. We now have no access
