Value for money with five-star customer service!

I was quoted 2 days to design my site and 10 days to build it, it took 22 days to build it I paid almost $1000 for a site worth less than half that, I had three other designers look at my web site and they all said the same thing, it is not worth $1000. Part of it is on a blank page with wording that was copied and pasted and the page is still blank with the wording I sent. After running 12 days late I expected much better than amateurish work, it took a full day to get all the login details that I finally have. It was suggested to me to get the hosting details if I didn't I would not own the site, I don't know what that means but this took half a day to get, he claimed they were sent to me earlier but I have every email between us and he never sent them. I would not recommend Diverse web design they seem overpriced and very slow. In answer to the reply. It never took me 2 days to respond to any of your requests, each time you requested something it was done the same day, I sent three emails asking what was taking so long as I had not seen any progress to the website. as for naming names that would be unethical of me to do that and I find it unprofessional of you to demand them, I contacted 2 through Airtasker and the other I googled web designers.

I recently had Diverse do an overhaul of my existing Shopify website. Everything was done very professionally and communication was good. Everything I asked for was never too much trouble and was done, even when I asked for things to be changed multiple times because I changed my mind. I am very happy with the way my site looks and Andrew has provided ongoing information so that I can change aspects of the website if I want to in the future. Andrew made sure I was 100% happy with the job before I paid the final payment, there was never any pressure. A very affordable price also, I would recommend Andrew with confidence.
