So, I cannot say enough about how awesome this company is! My first set of molds were approved, so that helped speed things up. I did have to ask for revisions twice, and when all was said and done, they were perfect for me! They followed my specifications, and were so accommodating. I got the pearl color, and they are still very bright - but I am a vocalist, so I want my teeth to look great when I sing. AND there is no issue with a lisp when I sing! They fit so well! Maybe I am used to the feel of them because I have Invisalign retainers. I was so worried I would not be able to sing in them - but they are fantastic to sing in. I have a silver crown, silver fillings, and a missing molar - this was an issue that was bothering me more as I have gotten older. But now with these, I can open my mouth up widely and confidently. I waited for a week after receiving them to post this review to make certain I was satisfied - and I am VERY satisfied. Communicate well with this company and you will get what you need in the end. I couldn't be happier!

Horrible horrible company the veneers look like HORSE TEETH big bulky and doesn't fit I could barely close my mouth they are nothing but upgraded costume teeth for Halloween. PLEASE DON'T BUY.

Before shiny smile I had broken teeth and missing teeth. I never wanted to smile cause I was so ashamed of how I looked but now I smile all the time cause for once in my life I have a amazing smile. Cheap brittle plastic with stress fractures before even being worn-veneers break easily with a sneeze-3 pairs and all had serious structure defects before wearing--DO NOT BUY--they have a 2 week guarantee for a reason-they crack/break quickly which is why they also want immediate reviews then block changes to the review once the customer finds out just how poor the product is

I started the impression process September 2023. I sent 4 separate molds before they were finally accepted. A specialist helped me twice on Zoom calls which was helpful. My first set of veneers were a little bumpy on few of the teeth so a second pair was made. The next pair looked much better but the bottom veneer cracked and broke and the top was rough around the edges. I am waiting on a third pair at no extra cost. The veneers give me more confidence to smile. Also my teeth are sensitive in cold weather. When I wear the veneers outside in cold temperatures my teeth don't ache anymore. Customer service has been great along the way but it takes time for everything to get resolved.

I ordered my initial upper and lower veneers about 8 months ago. Shiny Smiles was very helpful even assigning me a specialist to zoom call when I was using the provided home kit to make my dental molds. Since then I have been extremely happy with my service. I have had to have one replaced due to the way I was removing it and it tore. They discussed it with me, immediately sent me a new one, and coached me on how to prevent the problem in the future. They always respond within 24 hours. There site and their follow up processes are very easy to navigate as well. Very happy. I highly recommend them.
