Quality furniture at a fair price. Pickup was delayed later than expected but they worked with me and pickup hours are limited.

From the customer service in the showroom to the great delivery service, I am very happy and satisfied! The communication I received at every turn equals the incredible quality and value!

Our sales person was very nice and helpful. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Delivery guys took care in assuring that the table and chairs were delivered in excellent condition. They took the time to show us some tricks to opening and closing the table.

Victoria was super helpful in getting my table pulled from the warehouse inventory and the warehouse young man was helpful with loading my table into my car. The table is perfect in my space.

I purchased a dining table, a small table, six chairs and two rocking chairs back in 1999. Love them all and have really enjoyed them over the last 25 years. Recently one of the arms started coming off the back of one of the rocking chairs. I called TW and asked them how much it would cost to fix. The very nice young lady, Dixie asked me to send her photos and she would get back to me. She responded the next day that although I was not longer in their system 25 years later they would do the repair for free. I was amazed! What amazing customer service! The repair took about two weeks and the chair is once again solid. I am so happy. Hope to love that chair another 25 years. Staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating! Can’t say enough how happy I am.

A table leg was installed crooked. And the lounge chairs are shorter than standard size. Disappointing.
