The quality of the products is not aligned with price point. The sales representatives are pushy and present misinformation.

When I called on the phone, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pickup at the warehouse was super easy and the staff were very nice!!

The delivery guys were great. A little late but they were great. 5 star. Dealing with the office and trying to schedule was another story. I should probably take off another star for the lack of communication from the front office.
