"Everyone needs downtime" is all I have been able to get when going onto their website. That's unacceptable. I would like to comment on quality of items I received as well as look at their products. However, something is amiss.

Three of the items of clothing I ordered were fine and comfortable. Unfortunately, two other different items were the wrong size, and that was my fault (size I had ordered before), and I had to return them for exchange to the next larger size.

I ordered bottom veneers.didn't come in a box as shown! They were made for a very small child.

I ordered incontinence pads for long travel . But they had almost no adhesive to keep them in place. Had a hard time canceling the next shipment.
