Ordering and delivery was fine--no complaints. But returning items for refund or exchange is my problem with Easy Comforts. All the other catalog companies I order from have preprinted return labels that can be picked up by U.S.P.S. or UPS. Easy Comforts requires me to make my own return label, figure the postage price, apply stamps, and mail it from my post office. I no longer drive,and it's challenging to get to my p.o. Easy Comforts should use a return option with preprinted adhesive postage-charge defined stated label, that can be picked up by one's postal carrier.
