the extra shipping cost for 3 day delivery . took 5 days to receive candy -- missed Easter for kids, Jelly Bellies were old -- small and hard, will buy locally next time.

I guess I was just unlucky this time. The address book I ordered was not even useable. But the postage and handling was so high, I decided not to deal with it. he toe protectors I ordered were to be Large . I could barely get them over my toes and I weigh 105 pounds. (Small toes too) I con't believe your other products could be bad or you'd be out of business. So bad luck for me!

I enjoy your products, but unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from you again. Your customer service representative constantly tries to upsell you even after I tell her I’m done. I find that very annoying and unhelpful.
