The cost of the shipping, handling fee than you add the taxes on the item you chose brings you up to almost the same price as the product you purchased!

I had the code for free shipping which I used. However, when I checked the receipt I saw that there was a charge for shipping and handling. Apparently, handling is not included, which is a bit deceiving.

Cancel Item bad customer service.

Got a notice on 4/4/24 that my order for Item 368694 is on back order and ETA is Late June 2024. It said I can cancel the order and get a prompt refund. I called on 4/6/24 and talked to Shelby who said it is still processing and cannot request to cancel. Said I had to call back on 4/15/24. I called back on 4/20/24. Michelle said will cancel and will get notice. I asked when get notice and she left me on hold and never returned to the call until the survey automatically came on.
