I've ordered from Easy Comforts for a number of years. Everyone has been friendly and very helpful. My orders have always been delivered fast. I've never had a problem with the company.

I am quite satisfied with the service timeliness and quality of products. The one thing that bother me is the non-availability of certain product(s) that are offered in the catalog. Specifically, if my memory serves me right, I've placed an order for the "Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Soap" on THREE occasions, only to find out that it was cancelled because it was not available. There is one more like product that I've ordered twice with the same result. My suggestion is: If it's not going to be available, why include them in the catalog - frustrates the customers (at least, it does me). (Note: By the way, I'm still waiting for my $7.99 refund for the product listed above.)

I was happy with the products that I ordered but my master card was compromised soon after.

They are nice shoes but run large. I am exchanging them this weekend.

I liked the item I bought. The website moved along quickly;there was plenty of goods with pictures.

Finally got the product after 21 days! I live in Hawaii, not on the moon!! Everything takes forever to get here. Haha!
