They had everything I wanted,customer service was excellent. And everything came in a timely fashion.

The products I ordered by phone were as described in the catalog. They were items I had not been able to find elsewhere. What I didn't like was the fast-talking customer service representative who kept trying to get me to order additional items plus a membership which I discovered was useless to me because I rarely order online and do not do business with most of the companies associated with the membership.

I received a package from you. Thinking it was the order I placed with Because, I opened it. It was completely wrong and not the product I ordered and certainly not from your company. How this happened, is beyond me. I’m not saying here, your company is not good, nor our your products. I was just very unhappy that I got something I did not order and have to be charged. Everything went smoothly when ordering & arrived when expected.

The product was finally as described. I have ordered the same pillow from other companies, and when they arrived they were flat as pancakes, unable to be "fluffed". The pillow from Easy Comforts was exactly as promised, fully filled and fitting my needs perfectly. It was a great relief, as I was doubtful and almost didn't place the order.
