When to expect delivery of order.

The only thing is need to be able to track order. I received tracking # two days before receiving package. Was unable to track location. Package came in while out of town but was not bothered.

Fake charges, Grifting Company - Don't Order

My mom placed an order last fall, then canceled it before it was shipped, so it never arrived. Next thing we know she is getting letters stating that her check was returned and she was also charged a returned item fee. They charged her for items that she never received, and a $20 returned item fee for a check they never submitted to her checking account, yes I checked with the bank FIRST! it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to actually research the issue, so I decided to just pay for the items that she never received only to be transferred from one chatty patty to the next. I told my mom not to order from this grifting catalog and now we are stuck trying to pay for items that she canceled and never received and a check that was never submitted to the bank.

Poor Sizing & Poor Customer Servicei packs of supposedly…

i ordered two packs of supposedly diabetic socks. There were 3 pairs in each package. They only came in MED. in women's sizes. I only wear a 6.5 shoe and could not get these socks over my toes, much less my foot. I was told it would cost me $8.99 to return them. I called customer service and explained that these socks were obviously not sized correctly. I always order Medium socks and have a small foot. I don't believe it is fair to charge return postage when no one could fit in these sock and they had no larger sizes available. They absolutely refused to listen to my objection. I will not order from them again as certain exceptions should be made.

The full back heating pad I got, only worked for a week at most! Very disappointing and now I have to send it back and I am disabled and very hard for me to get out to the PO!
