The item was received badly broken. I believe that better packaging and labelling could have prevented this. Of course, the item was returned.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the product. They were very thin socks and had very little give, my husband could not even get them on his feet.

Everything was great with the exception of the reader glasses I ordered. I did not know what strength to order and was sent the the strongest strength which was too strong. I sent them back for a lesser strength which I could tolerate wearing and am still waiting to receive them. I feel half the strength of what I received would be great.

I bought a bed siderail and used it two nights then the rail would not lock in place so I sent it back. Not happy at all I spent $143,00.
