My body pillow was sent without the pillow case. They promised a replacement but so far, nothing has been posted on my email address. I wish this would be resolved.

you lost points because the packing and shipping was poor. the package was pretty destroyed when it arrived. the front desk accepted it. the corners were dented in and front and back also caved in. i was disappointed in the inside too. the item were just thrown in with no attempt to package them securely. there was no packing material. also the information sheets that came with the items were inadequate for reading, so no help there.

Always wear this style for casual outings. The shoes were as expected. I am very pleased.

Cheaply made products with thin plastic. Magnifying lense was so scratched up I couldn't see through it. All items were returned for refund. I wouldn't recommend anything from here.

I do not like the mailing fee. I am told it is free if I spend a certain amount which I never seem to make, but it ends up that after mailing fee it is almost that amount.

I still haven't got part of my order and its been about 5 weeks or so
