I have to send back the shoes

I have to send back the shoes. I was very disappointed that they didn’t fit. I even ordered a size above my normal shoe size. I normally wear a size 9 but I ordered the 9.5 wide to be on the safe side. But was I wrong! The width was fine, but the 9.5 was too small. My big toes was very smooshed. I thought a company like yours would be more true to size than what is was. As I said, very disappointed. I can’t even find anywhere if I can exchange them. Poor, poor experience!

I was going to give your company a phone call on Monday concerning my order. I have used 4 pairs of the under paint and all 4 pair came apart after one time wearing them. Please send me a return lable so I can send the other 6 pair back. I cannot afford to pay $60.00 for 3 pair of painties that falls apart down the side .

I am still waiting for the postage free return label that was to be sent to my email address. It was promised twice and the second person said I would get within 20 minutes. That was 30 hours ago. Jan. 20, 2024.

I am very pleased.There was a mixup in our address and our package was delivered to old address in Tennessee.we have since moved to Georgia 4 years ago.After calling because we hadn’t received our package our problem was resolved.Our entire order was sent to our new address free of charge.

I ordered an item that clearly said "in stock". That was 3 weeks ago. Still says "processing" when I track the order. What is the delay? If it's in stock, then ship it...don't sit on it.
