Hello I had to return my order of incontinence under pants bc they don't fit properly, plz put my money back, they r in the mail

Called in the order and it was shipped the next day. Four days later it was delivered, pretty quick i think.

One item I ordered has never arrived. One OTHER. ITEM was onot in shipment but a substitute was there. It did not indicate it was the wrong item used as a substitute. Am in process of returning wrong item. I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING FOR THE WRONG ITEM. And no comment was included as to why a substitute was sent nor why one item was missing. What aren’t you doing?
