I think too many products are just…

I think too many products are just plain junk from China. What I ordered appeared nice in the pictures but that wasn't what I received. And sizing is different from China than in the US. I sent half my order back - couldn't use either product. I mailed it back yesterday. And getting a return shipping label was a nightmare.

When the infrared booties did not fit & I knew Easy Comforts would refund back to my Visa debit card, I realized that card had been discontinued by my bank, so I called the Customer Service line to ask if they could mail me a check or refund to my new MasterCard debit card. I was told they could only refund to the original card. They offer me a $10 voucher to use on anything in the catalog for the next 12 months, but my purchase price was $23.98 without counting shipping costs, so why would I do that? That means the $23.98 will bounce back to them, and I would lose entirely... so how is that the best Customer Service?

The merchandize is better quality than I expected!

It came delivered to my door sooner than I expected. Actually there were 2 deliveries as items came from 2 different sources. The table that arrived first was easy to assemble and is better than I expected. The second delivery brought several items that are great. The most appreciated is the handy bottle lid opener. I use it almost every day and am so glad I have it. Solves a problem that has been one for me for years. So easy to used and reliable. The fruit candy was so good, it is all gone already.

Knowledgeable employees would be a good start. I had difficulty communicating with the person I was talking to and when I checked the confirmation it was the wrong item. It was a stressful situation and I cancelled the order.
