Most all were ok purchases, except for personal wear like bras. Poor quality and bad sizing. Had to throw one of them away. So I should not buy personal wearable items.

The drawing of this item looked sturdy. It did not hold the sheet off my feet. It was difficult to put together. The coating on the wire pulled off as I was sliding it together. I was very disappointed and would not recommend.

shipping is too expensive and slow.

Both things cane when I was told they would.

I ordered the Helping Hand suction bar #305298 but when I received it; it said it is an ASSIST bar to assist balance only. This bar is NOT intended to use as a weight bearing bar. Do not attempt to lift or pull yourself from the tub or shower using this bar. IMPORTANT: Always check the tub assist suction tub bar to make sure it is firmly attached. If the bar can be removed or feels at all loose, flip the green latches up and reinstall as stated above. I feel it is misleading as it is stated in your catalogue versus what the instructions are when it is received.

The bed foot frame was a waste of money. It could not be used because the holes where the frsme is constructed with are too small for the rod to go through. Rendering it impossible to put together and thus a waste of nearly $30 by the time inpaifvthe very exorbitant shipping and postage. Conclusion: NEVER do business with Easy Comforts; they are a bogus rip off outfit that sells cheap crap that doesn’t work and you may as well have poured the money down the drain

I had to return an item for a different size. The exchange took place smoothly. Too bad that doing business by mail is so slow (compared with dealing through Amazon.)

I already have an active account with easy comforts. Why do you run my credit every time I place an order? My credit score decreases significantly when this action happens frequently. Doesn’t make good business sense at all. This is a revolving account. So I thought. Will be working to pay off this account and discontinue doing business with you.

Customer service was helpful. I am not good at ordering online.
