The ellipse machine is great. This is the second one I purchased in one month. Why? Because the remote didn't work on the first one. Company policy requires that the eclipse machine and the remote be returned. So, I purchased another one while the return was being refunded. Surprise!! The remote worked, the first time I tried it and although I switched batteries, as I did with the first one, it still refused to be resurrected. I've tried everything suggested with the remote instructions I received via email, but nothing works. I've decided to keep the new unit, as there is nothing wrong with the equipment itself, and settle for operating it manually for the rest of my life. This should be addressed by the manufacturer. Maybe invest in a better-quality remote. Surely, I can't be the only one affected (twice).

Items received are of good quality and what I expected. Deliver time is great I almost know to the date when it will arrive and the prices are very good
