Can't comment as my order was placed in Oct. and placed on my credit card in late Nov and I have not received product as of this date. Also I have not received any tracking e-mails to advise shipping/delivery status.

There was a one inch hole in the seam of the slipper that I had to sew before I could wear them.

Wrong product color sent. I ordered with no problem. The order was shipped quickly with no issues to report. Unfortunately, the wrong item color was sent. DIdn't want to bother with the hassle of returning it.

It arrived in about 4 days--I was glad since I was in so much pain & it was nearly impossible to get out of bed without pain. The only problem was where the 2 pcs. joined together--they weren't tight & wiggled too much when I tried to pull up on it to get out of bed. We stuck plastic bag between them & then they fit tightly.
