Exceptionally quick receipt of items. Trainers received the day after I ordered which was fantastic. A lovely touch was the personalised thank you for my order note, a discount code for future orders and a wee packet of loveheart sweeties. So lovely that the company took the time to add these. I'm definitely using them again.

Excellent Service Ordered a new pair of running shoes on Sunday the 23rd and arrived the following Tuesday. Came with a lovely personal note and a packet of love hearts. Felt like they went that extra step and it was just a nice feeling to open up and see these extra bits. I will definitely be shopping from Run North West again.
