Personnel care over our daughter's running shoes was a delight. She is starting out running for pleasure, and the assistant took time and attention to ensure the fit was perfect. Changing Brand to ensure the fit required. We travelled over 30 miles just for this shop. Excellent.

When I received my trainers they came with a personalised note which was a lovely touch. More recently though my shoes became faulty. Run north west answered my call, they replied to my email and exchanged my trainers within a day or two of sending my faulty ones back! Top class service
