Horrible customer service, hang up on you when they don't like you asking for more details because their answer wasn't actually answering your question

The biggest scam company. PLEASE DO NOT FINANCE ANYTHING WITH THEM. I’ve paid over $5,000 on my loan and not one cent has gone to the principal. I still have the exact same balance I did when I applied because of the interest account balance. What a POS company.

I will give this company 0 starts but I can’t .. this company killed my house deal. My buyer got approved for a conventional loan and bc of their policies he was not approved to transfer my loan to my buyer, once not approved, I lower my house 20,000 agree to pay the solar cost to avoid a repeat and after they told me they will settle I asked them to settle to help with my loss which is over 30,000 and the representative told we don’t settle .. if you want to know more about my horrible and unimaginable experience call me 1-203-260-0940.. ask for EC .. Do Not Finance with this company go to your bank or don’t have this company finance your loan .. please ..

Financing was easy, staff is always friendly. Payments don't put much towards principal unless you pay more. The biggest issue though, paying off the account early. Paid the balance shown, magically there's still more to pay that wasn't included in the balance due. Guess that's what we get for attempting to pay the account off early. Guess we'll magically owe again next month too.

If you want to develop ulcers from stress, pull out all of your hair, and cry for hours in the shower, then this is the company you should use to finance your home projects! Dividend is the most annoying and incompetent finance company.. avoid if at all possible. Good luck trying to get answers outside of their scripted dialogue. The only unscripted dialogue I’ve ever heard is just a couple workers expressing their bad attitudes and coming across extremely unprofessional, and they will hang up on you if they feel they’ve answered your question. Even if you have additional questions.. Also, their payment portal is not very mobile friendly, it’s poorly designed and difficult to use, outdated, cannot store payment info or use any other form of payment. So everytime you want to make a payment, you’re having to enter routing number and account number all over again.

Worse financial institute in the country, they are a scam and should be behind bars. I have made on time payments for over a year and my loan balance has increased by $3,000. I have paid over 7k and not one cent has gone towards the principal. Dividend and SunVena should be locked up for scamming innocent people.

Worse company to finance with, unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I have business with them , I paid my loan cash for more than 3 weeks now and till now they refuse to send me official letter about that and they know this can affect my house selling process and delay the closing time . I called multiple time and send them email and no one can take actions, no one can just give me official letter that I paid them the loan (very disabled company) And to make it worse the put UCC lien on my house after I paid off my loan with them(so weird ) and they said they will not be able to terminate this UCC lien now and they need to wait 30 days for that. Please be careful and find another respectful company that can take care of you and your business,

They are scammers.

I called because I received an email that I owed them the solar credit I received from the federal government. I had sent the payment last month. The very condescending gentleman on the phone said I didn’t pay enough. “You know interest increases each day.” Really? What a jerk!

Since day one, my ability to pay my solar loan has been hampered by a broken website and shifting payment posting dates. The website is apparently a known issue and after a year, it still rejects passwords on multiple occasions even after accepting cookie settings and verifying the username and password's accuracy. Several months ago Dividend shifted my loan payment's posting date to the 15th of every month. However, I'm rarely able to render payment on that date as the website will routinely not show my monthly payment due until days later. Yet the due date remains the 1st of every month. I'm honestly surprised there hasn't been a class action filed on behalf of the millions of customers who struggle simply trying to pay their loan in a timely manner.
