Overall experience was good.How ever the installer needed to come back for one panel repair.And at the time of the audit the audited noticed that all the wires for the panels were not tucked in and neat.There for the installers need to come back again. I like the app and the momentum solar help over the phone was to the point

Set me up on automatic payments with no way to cancel without reaching out. So I did. They ended up double drafting my payment which over-drafted my checking account. I was assured it would be applied to the following month and that they would cancel my autopay. I then receive a call that my autopay was not actually canceled and they drafted a second payment again which also over-drafted my checking account. I have now been assured the second payment is going to be applied to the next month and the autopay is stopped.... obviously, my faith in that is next to 0.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! We got solar a few months ago not expecting to sell our house. We have not been able to sell our home because Dividen Finance (who nerdpower uses) has declined two of our buyers wanting to take the solar over (buyer has a 778 credit score). Would never use them again and if you’re planning on selling a home in the near future DO NOT DO IT. Now we’re unable to build our home since they have denied every buyer that is preapproved for a 300k home.

These people are crooks and don't ever fall for it. I took out a loan for solar panels and there are multiple HIDDEN acceleration provisions that will make you break your bank. Also they don't care about you at all. You are barred from removing the panels and take it to a new residence even though contract doesn't state this. They pretend they care but then secretly STAB YOU IN THE BACK by putting a lien on your property without even telling you, barring you from selling it. EVEN AFTER YOU REACHED OUT TO THEM IN GOOD FAITH to find a mutually agreeable solution. All they care about is making money off you and nothing is about saving the planet or giving better access to solar. IT'S A SCAM! DO NOT EVER GO SOLAR UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY CASH FOR IT. It will not increase your property value and will not save you a dime! If you live in an area with falling home prices, well, good luck because YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE PANELS. You'll have to pay for it in FULL. Simple question: WHY I TAKE OUT A LOAN IF I HAVE THE CASH SITTING AROUND?

Geeat service! My Install date was pushed out per my request and Dividend automatically pushed out my first payment. I set up auto pay and they gave plenty of notice of the payment date and a few warnings prior to debitting my account. Easy!

This situation gets worse and worse now my system doesn't even produce enough to pay for its self so I stll have a power bill and a solar bill. Not one thing the salesman said has been true.
