Definitely would recommend

This company is a rip off and a scam. They tell you that you have a due date and that they will send you a statement yet they don’t even bother to send the statement even after having a second conversation with them to confirm that they would actually be sending it out in time for me to actually mail the payment in on time. I have been told twice that the statement would be mailed as soon as the statement was created which is the fourth of the month in the due date is the 17th however for two months I have received my papers them in on the 17th. When I called the response that I got was “We have no control over the mail” however I know that it does not take two weeks to get a statement from San Francisco to Chandler Arizona, you have trained your little robots to give a pat bogus answer. I will soon no longer be your customer!

My one request would be that the installment payments should only start AFTER the solar is active.

Job was done within 35 days but still waiting on Bartow electric to install new metter

We’re treated as if we had never had a loan before. I am currently in my sixth house (including 2 condos) going back over 35 years. We paid cash for this one. We have set up automatic monthly payments and do not require repeated monthly notices about of our pending payment because it is automatic. We have been automatically paying bills for years and the only time a payment was missed was when the recipient changed their procedure or misapplied a payment.

They have complied exactly within our contractural agreement by waiting for completion of the project before initiating the payment schedule. Their outreach to ensure any concern I may have had is addressed to my complete satisfaction has been a refreshing change from my experience with other lenders. Could not log in, when promt to reset p/w. The app went in circles, Tried calling, that section was'nt available on weekends, I work too, so do many others. Customer service, needs improvement. When I finally got through on a WEEK DAY, I wanted to pay-off my loan. I was offered a 10 day pay-off plan instead. I was asked for my routing, and acct number, It took me ten minutes to explain my acct info was already in your sysem. I finally got the clerk to set up my pay-off for that day. Oh-happy-day! seems that, Dividend Finance, only cares about, finance. (Terms & Condition)? Try customer service.

Love the customer service and friendly people. Wish they would email you with updates so that your in the loop about shipping dates, status etc.
