I have bought several products from Ayurveda and every one are great I can’t fault any. They all smell different but are all wonderful smelling. After using my skin is so hydrated and soft. All I can say is I love them all. They last a while as you don’t need much only three or four drops. ❤️

I've never known a company to have such incredible customer service. Its extraordinarily good. So many companies give you guarantees,and when it comes to it they don't really amount to much( you know the sort, If you've opened it you can't return it. Or they don't inform you that you need to keep all the wrapping,or they need the packing slip even thought they have a record of your order! Etc.) They are so confident in their amazing products that if you don't like them they refund you,no questions asked. BUT you will like them. If you don't you can try another one,but if you don't you will still get a refund,there is no pressure. If you're of senior vintage I can recommend the Youth Spring..you wont want a refund on that!

I absolutely love Ayurveda products, I have used the face oils face moisturiser and the eye cream And I have to say I’m never disappointed. Since I have started using these products which is now a couple of years I get so many comments On how toned and glowy my face looks. Today I have treated myself to the Tumerisa face oil today and as usual I am very excited to use it. All I can say is after using these products feel confident look younger and feel amazing in myself. One other thing I must mention is that the customer service is absolutely brilliant any time I email I get a prompt reply and I am always made to feel very special. Parvinder S

My order number is, #iY178223uk. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company because I wouldn't have bothered. I have only been waiting a week but alarmed to see via tracking that my item has not even shipped. No correspondence to explain the delay in sending something that I've paid for. This is really poor customer service. I see some people have been waiting over a month to receive their order, I won't be ordering from this company again, I really have no idea when or if I might receive my order. Update: I have now received my order and customer service contacted me in response to my original query. I now look forward to using the products, and hope they will be as good as the reviews say they are.

Final update. Refund now promised. Reasons given re stock issues. If only they had been open about this at the start. These things happen but it is how you put them right which matters and I had to get far too upset in order to get a resolution. I love the products so may try again at some point. Revised to 2 stars but I would give 5 stars for the products Update: The bland rely below is a joke. I have given them my order numbers. Phoned and emailed again with the information. Still no reply, no goods, no delivery date. I am downgrading this to 1 star as still waiting for 9 days to get a delivery date. It is now too late. Waiting for refund! The website promises delivery in 2 days. However the small print states this is from fulfilment not order date. In the past I had excellent delivery but this time I am waiting far too long and despite checking I do not have a delivery date. Products are lovely but it is useless if you can’t get them.

I bought two products in February. Two months later they have not arrived. The tracking link for my order offered on their website is not working. I have written twice to their customer service and I do not even get an automatic reply. I start to believe that this company is a scam. Addition May7th: Upon the company's request here I have sent my order number, my tracking number and my email but almost 10 days has gone by without any contact from the company. I have given up on ever receiving my items or a refund.

I have now received an update from customer service. Glad to hear they will refund the missing item. I have been chasing the team for an update on one of my missing item since 6th April. I don't seem to be getting a response back since last week and this product isn't cheap. I will not be using this supplier again and hope I can get a refund.
