I received an order and the sandalwood and rose eye butter was hard as a rock - like concrete - pushing my finger into it made no dent at all, and this is supposed to be smoothed under my eyes?? I called them and they requested photo evidence - how can a photograph show how hard and cold something is? They refused to refund or replace the item "until investigations have happened" despite my offering to send the product back.

Wow ! I was surprised to find this still up .. I have deleted my earlier complaint.. I have d received my product ..It was delayed because of Customs ..Border USA and Canada ..Up dated March 4 2924 ..

Great customer service. Prompt delivery and love the face cream. On my 2nd or 3rd pot. It lasts a long time. Also used the black gram oil for crepy aging skin and notice a difference.

Excellent company. Things always arrive on time, beautifully packaged. The products I have used so far have been lovely and I’ve really enjoyed using them. Although they do seem expensive initially I have found with all of them that a little goes a long way o they work out to be very good value for money

I placed my order on the 22nd January, being told there was a two day delivery. It is now a week, and three emails later (all of which were ignored) and I still do not have my goods. They were quick enough to take my money of over £94 on the 22nd. This is appalling service My order No is #iY153065uk Jan Eaton I 30/1 I would now like to add, that my order is now being dealt with. Apparently there was a problem with one of the oils. This I accept, but I would add, DO NOT take the money from peoples bank accounts, until you are ready to dispatch the order

I tried this fabulous product after reading remarkable reviews . I have had problems with my skin all my life and especially since chemotherapy 3 yrs ago . I was at the point after trying many lotions and creams advertised , of going to a Dermatologist to get some professional help . The Manjish oil at night was the first product and after a couple of days use was making a remarkable difference . It makes the skin more flexible and fills out smaller lines whilst making the skin plumper . I don’t need a moisturiser now which a couldn’t do without before putting on makeup . I’ve also tried the day time oil which has a lovely smell and goes a bit further . These are the only things that I’ll order in future so saving money on products that don’t work . Ladies ( and men) try these oils they are remarkable .
