Excellent caring company. Delivery varies - sometimes fairly quickly and others a little slower so don’t wait until you run out to reorder. Product fantastic. I am 70 and decided lotion was no longer working to keep my skin hydrated and supple so looked for an oil and I was worried it would feel greasy and be messy but it’s amazing, just a little goes a long way and absorbs well nothing transfers to my clothes. I won’t ever go back to lotions.

Was sent the wrong item . This was immediately rectified ( thank you ) the correct item mint eye gel arrived in days - it’s a fantastic product easy to apply leaves no residue & massively helps with the eye bags …& smells lovely .

I received my order really quickly unfortunately the oil had leaked as the top hadn’t been screwed on correctly I emailed them right away explaining my situation plus I had not received my free gift the advertised. They replied quickly asking me to send photos of the item and packaging this is did, I have now had a further email apologising and advising me they will resend the product along with my free gift. They were really good to deal with and i am looking forward to using the product

The customer service is absolutely great. Unfortunately I had a reaction to my second bottle of Balaayah Black Gram Booster. I asked to return it for a refund and was dealt with within 48 hours. Shame I had not been able to continue as beautiful product.
