I see many products for sale on FB and have to say I've really given up buying anything as I have received some absolute rubbish. However I was looking for some body oil and saw this on FB. I reviewed the company independently and the reviews for the products & the customer service were excellent so I decided to give it a go. I don't have the oil yet but have contacted the company with a query. The customer service is indeed excellent with a quick, helpful and friendly response. I'm excited to receive my body oil now.

The receptive responses to comments, and efficient resolution to an issue by refunding, has encouraged me to make many more purchases and I've loved them all. I've encouraged a colleague who commented on my skin last week to check the site out. I don't think there's better recommendation than by word of mouth and of course she had noticed my "glow" 😊

I ordered oils to try. Unfortunately I learned that I can't tolerate sesame oil which is a base oil in lots of these products. The company is excellent at listening and I received refunds on unopened, returned oils as well as those I opened and can't use. Each time I emailed I had a reply very quickly to sort out the issues. Wonderful oils for the skin. I use oils for my face and body and they have made an enormous difference to my skin, and they smell delicious too.

I tried the evening oil, and was impressed how my skin looked after a week. Very light oil. I went on to buy the body oil, and my dry legs improved within a few days. Bought the eye balm, wow, I'm so lucky to have found these products.

Bought a product from this company and has a couple of questions about something I was not clear on. They came back to me within 24 hours with a comprehensive explanation and suggestions of alternative ways to use. It is too early to say how the product works but on initial use it smells very nice, goes on easily once I'd warmed the oil and soaks in well leaving no sticky residue. The customer service and follow up was great and I'd have no reservations about buying more of their products.
