I needed a new mattress and visited a few stores but no joy.. We went to ezy living in crescent link derry where we were greeted by a girl called caoimhe. She was very friendly. We explained we needed a mattress and that I have hip problems she vas very knowledgeable and recommended us the orthopedic mattress. I just love my matresss best nights sleep I have had in years. I will deff be back to see caoimhe the next time I need anything. She was amazing and nothing was a bother to her..

I bought my sofa off Caoimhe in the crescent link store and she was amazing nothing was a problem so helpful and it was fast delivery too, I went back for some Christmas decorations caoimhe helped me pick some lovely bits, I’m now going back to see about some garden furniture for my garden.

Just had my sofa delivered a few months ago from Ez living Derry store. When i entered the store i was greeted by a lovely lady called Caoimhe. Caoimhe's breadth of knowledge was superb and she took so much time helping and explaining all the different leathers to me. Made choosing my sofa a very pleasurable experience. Caoimhe even went out of her way to find me a picture to go with the sofa. She went above and beyond and was so courteous, helpful and a very pleasant young lady. I will definitely return to the store again and purchase from Caoimhe.

I’ve shopped in your Derry store numerous times and dealt with Kate each time. She is great, very friendly and nothing is a bother for her.

I visited the store in Derry, Crescent Link. Upon entering the shop I was treated by a lovely and very welcoming lady, named, Caoimhe! I was blown away the customer services I had received from this lady. She was extremely pleasant, highly knowledgeable and an all round very friendly lady. When I had explained to her what I was looking for she understood everything. She went above and beyond to explain each of the products to me and her knowledge on these products were second to none. She helped me kit out my new home and has an eye for interior design. I am extremely delighted with my purchases and will be definitely returning in future and also recommending not just the store but Caoimhe as the rep to my family and friends.

Nothing was too much as I am currently redecorating and I was able to share my ideas with her and make changes based on her expertise. This store is one of the best stores I’ve been in for customer service. Caoimhe helped me decide on what sofa to get and went above and beyond to make sure we picked the right one to fit our living room. She couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us updated along the way. It’s perfect and couldn’t have picked better myself
