Bought our sofa from Grace in the crescent link store, great customer service and advice when showing us options that suited our space. She arranged a delivery date that suited us and nothing was a bother!

I visited the Crescent Link store as I was interested in some ornaments to decorate a new room. Grace was the sales assistant who I found to be very friendly. She listened about my decor and showed me some beautiful ornaments that matched in perfect. I am delighted with my purchases, and I found the service from Grace fantastic. We ordered a beautiful cabinet and I was a bit sceptical as it was just something I'd seen on the Internet and had never heard of the company. I didn't need to be! While it took a while to arrive (shipped to Wales) it was packed so well and looked just as good as the photos. It took a bit of adjustment to get the doors to hang evenly but we managed it and everyone that visits comments on how lovely it is!

The shop was well laid out, easy to navigate, beautiful stock. I got what I went in for and the assistant Grace, was very friendly and wrapped my items carefully.
