Shipping issues are rare. Sometimes garments arrive damaged. This is also rare. Service is great. Problems are quickly resolved.

It is an expensive, but fun, low stress way to try new clothes. I started because I had some play time and money. The service is excellent and very quick. I have been enrolled for several years with no problems

I honestly love the service. It has been a wonderful help as I continue my weight loss journey. Some suggestions that I would share is to add more business attire. There is an overwhelming number of dress choices but suits, business pants and non-boxy blouses are lacking.
