I've had a good experience over the last couple of years I've been with Gwynnie Bee. Was a rocky start in the beginning but they have really picked up their game and kept good quality clothes filling my mailbox.

Love it. Member for 3.5 years. Great customer service. Great selection. If I had one complaint, they use a disappointingly narrow range of models. None of their models represent the larger sizes so you're looking at how the clothes will fit on women who are tall and size 12-16. You have to scroll down to the reviews (by staff members) to see a variety of representation. Although size 10 isn't plus size so that's a little annoying to see as well.

Great quality clothes, love not having to own all my clothes! I was skeptical at first but have been a member for a year and a half now.

I like most of the clothes, but the monthly fee is very high for the privilege of buying clothes that other people may have already worn. And frequently the items I want to "closet" are not available because of demand. I will be moving on to a different service.

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for almost 6 years and I love it! I love always having something new to wear and I love getting to skip the laundry! I also really love option to buy without the expectation that I always will buy. My other favorite part is how many choices there are. I regularly have over 200 items in my closet because there are always new things added!

I think it used to be better. The available items seem ok but I rarely get what I expect - usually new items in my closet while older items just sit in the closet. Also, they started sending me one item at a time and staggering them. So turnaround is not as fast.

I love the Gwynnie bee service. It allows me to try new styles of clothes without commitment. This unique service is convenient and priced right. Other services require that you purchase the clothing by a certain time or return it. This service allows me to wear the clothes as long as I want and return whenever I want.

I have been thrilled with the variety of items and ease of returning!
