1. The products: a. The Michael Kors perfume smells lovely; it is well worth the price b. The Laurelle London Definitely Maybe is a disappointment; the scent gives me headache 2. Poor delivery service First, it came 2 days late and then I didn't get any information on where I could pick it up. I didn't get any message by phone or sms or email. There was no phone number to quickly get in touch with the customer service of the courier Spring GDS. The website only offers a form to fill up and submit which, takes a long and indefinite time to get a response. I had to Google a lot to find alternative contact method. Fortunately, the FD Facebook page has a Messenger chat service. And I would like to commend Sophie who promptly and effectively assisted me so, I was finally able to claim my package today, 26 March 2025. I would like to suggest that both FD and Spring GDS include chat service in the Contact method in their website. Thank you.
