I placed an order. Fragrance Direct order 652179693. Delivery was not honored. Only to get an email at 8.24pm. That is almost an hour after the delivery was scheduled to have been made. The email stated below.... We are sorry to inform you that our Royal Mail driver has not been able to deliver your Fragrance Direct order 652179693 today. Please don't worry, we will re-attempt the delivery on the next available working day, and you will receive another email to confirm those details. This will be the first and last time I am using this company. So inefficient. I will not recommend anyone to use them.
