I have used your company over many years and have never had an issue, however with my last order I was missing one of my fragrances, I contacted you, to be informed that I was needed to send a photo of the delivery box and it's contents, this I was unable to do as stated by your delivery notes, that it may not be viable to deliver all items at the same time. I gave your company 10 days grace, allowing for the delivery, this did not happen. You were quick enough to take payment, but did not send the whole order. Very upset, this has never happened before.

Ordered 200ml perfume for Man in great price smells amazing! I did check how it smell becouse box didnt have oryginal foil that just the minus .. but lucky it was my boy so he will understand if need give to somebody else gonna be embarrassed 🙈 but asking is box from bottom looks like it was open so I’m not sure as maybe somebody from Royal Mail open it ! I’m happy it wasn’t nothing expensive as can see some people are just nosy …
